Plant based eggs

With their project ‘Beyond Eggs’ Hampton Creek foods aims to replace eggs in cooking (like making cookies rise and binding mayonnaise ingredients together) with plants, in order to provide a cheaper, healthier and environmental friendlier choice. Their first product with these plant based eggs is ‘Just Mayo’, a mayonnaise with plants instead of eggs. They’ve also been busy baking cookies with these ‘eggs’ and with developing a good plant based egg on itself.
